F you for saying it and F my life for the following. I worked customer service. And my performance (meaning my job) was based entirely on customer satisfaction. Job would have been kind of chill if it was just helping people without that customer satisfaction crap. Unhappy customers were bad, but the worst part was my manager; he would have the “talk” with me about why customer service is easy and why can’t I have more happy customers. This was one months in which I did not have enough happy customers because not enough people submitted a survey with the highest rating.

Ah that sucks my dude. I honestly take a lot of them, and only good stuff, I don’t typically leave a bad review.

But these days you’re fighting for my time. From my gutter cleaning to the coffee I bought, I’m asked to rate people, which I really don’t like to do, but also want to help…it’s very conflicting, and can feel obsessive compulsive to have to complete the survey.

Customer service is an uphill battle.

If you’re ever asked to do a satisfaction survey, always do it. Give it the lowest score possible and write obscenities in the comments. Fuck them.

Source: I’m unhappily working on our customer satisfaction surveys at work right now and get to see the live data. Paying customers have no patience for this shit and love giving terrible ratings. Then the data people are sad and have to do extra work to scrub those responses from the data set before they can make their dumb little reports.

    SABOTAGE THE PROCESS, PEOPLE!

Don’t do this if it’s from a phone call. This hugely fucks over call centre workers and can cause them to loose their job as their metrics tank.

Even if I didn’t like the service I feel too bad to actually leave a bad review. I only leave good reviews and that’s only for life changing service and assistance.
