Rice has a slight reluctance to push forward into the left 8. I think Rice’s best position is as a holding 6 anyway. He’s an absolute monster of a DM. Tomi is often pushing into that spot instead. It just shows how badly we are missing Xhaka. I think we need to sell the injury-plagued Partey in January and get a PROPER left CM, not some fucking versatile Havertz wannabe. Better performance than Lens away. Seville didnt create much, most of their chances came from mistakes. Would love to see Vieira instead of Odegaard, he is invisible yet again. Dont knoe what’s going on with him but he just cant create anything

we are so unbelievably one paced and gutless that even when the space is on we slow it down to get the horseshoe going. then we get to watch the front 5 stand static.

it’s no surprise players like odegaard jorginho and raya can’t complete a pass because our play has had its balls clipped of belief and intent. most of our passes forward are in doubt.
