yeah, pretty well-documented and visible to the eye too. not sure about how much it affected him though.
He gained 3-4 inches. He is still not fully comfortable with his body but his recent sub appearances (mostly Chelsea and City) have been good, he is knocking on the door for another start.
I agree, he’s been really positive. Just hope he can sort his passing out, he under hits them a lot. He’s only young, big improvements to come I reckon.
