So if Arteta thinks Raya is better, how exactly is he meant to play Raya while protecting Ramsdale’s value? The manager’s job is to win games not artificially inflate player values
Maybe he shouldnt suggest verbally that the keepers will share minutes and then very obviously not do that.
If he said properly raya was no 1 and that wouldn’t change then ramsdale and his team could start looking at options and buying clubs would be going off of the last 2 years and not a year hes gonna spend sitting on the bench
I’d love for you to point out where in my comment you have seen me suggest Arteta do absolutely anything.
