I think, when the referendum fails, that Marlaina Smith should be charged with treason.
In other countries you can’t just call a vote for separation. And even then we are ignoring the reality, that this is an effort from the US to destabilise Canada.

My point was that they don’t get to take the land with them. Most Albertans would be fine and wouldn’t have to move.
But I can’t imagine any vote to separate would succeed anyway; there’s very few Albertans who want to do it.
How’s that going to work and be handled. Get a map and look at the treaty land in question. Power, water and access
