I’m so happy that you’re finally in the tiddy club! I second the seatbelt thing and recommend wearing a bra on longer car rides. If they get big enough, you start to feel their weight no matter which way you lie down. It’s not so bad though. The soreness is transitory.

well thanks for the concern, however I don’t actually have this issue. Though my cousin does, which is why I know about it. I have a litany of my own serious health issues, so I am glad I don’t have that too. However, now that they are almost 50, their life is miserable, and they probably will not make 60 :(
