It’s a game by game overreaction. Odegaard has been very good this season, he’s had to adjust to constant changes in the midfield in the midfield. Against Chelsea our midfield was smothered, that wasn’t down to him from what I saw. Jorginho was a big reason why we couldn’t get settled and break their press, and because of how long it was taking to get the ball out to Odegaard or Saka, they had no time on the ball, Cucurella was having a field day because we never punished them when they overextended.

odegaard has most definitely not been very good. Tbf a lot of the squad hasnt but he hasnt been good enough to not deserve criticism. something is not quite right atmm

Just my opinion that maybe wrong, the right handside seems a bit shaky, saka and ode seems did not click with each other. I feel that when ode try too much to score and their roles seem overlap. I really hope arteta and ode can sort this out.

Agree the right hand side hasnt been as good this season. first the failed partey inverted right didnt help but now even with right back there the interchanges are not quite as sharp as they were. Might be worth switching it up move odegaard to the left and let rice go right.
