I’ve gotten into Fallout 4 (sucks that they got rid of the mods and 99.9% of creation club) and Nba 2k26, I know that it’s the same game every year but I buy it once every 5 years and just try to get a kick out of beating the Dallas Mavericks (owned by Miriam Adleson)

As far as I know, you have to organise antifas from different walks of life and tendencies in Nazi Germany. Don’t wanna know too much because I need to elaborate hypothesis before actually playing it. Then the gaming + analysis will begin.

I’ve recently replayed Tunic after some years. Marvelous game, sadly can’t talk much about it without spoilers.
I’m now replaying Fire Emblem Three Houses in preparation to cope about not being able to play Fortune’s Weave unless I befriend some wealthy person willing to lend me their switch 2. It’s right up there with Banner Saga and Berwick Saga for my favourite tactical RPGs.

Emulated Bloodborne on my PC. Have played all Dark souls games and Elden Ring, but never had a PS4 so no Bloodborne until now.
Replaying Expedition 33 so I can play the other characters that were basically untouched for my first playthrough (Sciel and Monocco). Also there is new DLC and I still need to beat some super bosses
And emulated Tears of the Kingdom. Beat Breath of the wild last year and liked it a lot. Big Zelda fan and have played almost all of them too.
I wish I could upgrade my PC, but it’s just inarguable with the price surges right now lmao. Luckily the emulation is not that intensive and my PC is still good overall✌️
not to beat a dead horse but Bloodborne is really one of the absolute greats (personally my favorite of those alongside DS1)- really jealous of anyone playing through it for the first time. really interested in trying the emulation but not sure my PC is up for it, will have to look into the recommended specs.
Ah, don’t be too jealous. My ADHD and anhedonic symptoms kind of prevent me from really enjoying many things. I can barely cling unto gaming as a hobby at all and it is the only hobby I managed to have, which is crazy considering that games are designed to be dopamine generators and it is almost purely consumption and not creative, yet I still only manage to play like a couple hours per week. Many times it even feels like a chore to play 😬
Hopefully I can stick with BB at least✌️

I recently finished Cobalt Core and enjoyed it quite a lot. I’m currently working my way through Shovel Knight after taking a break from Silksong.
Just finished half-life alyx and currently just playing counter-strike loads.
I’m tyring to unify China under the chairman Mao in the new DLC of HOI4. It’s been 20 hours still can’t unify China yet. Sometimes, I think that how chairman Mao managed to do it irl. Respect to him.

Last night, I beat Japanese invaders and liberated Burma, Vietnam and took Katayama’s revenge by installing JPC in power in Japan. Helped to defeat Nazis. Took back Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau back. Finally, comrade Mao might rest in peace.
Ive been playing Elden Ring DLC for the past few months without using scadutree shards, spirit ashes, summons, OP weapons, status effects, etc. I’m finally at Radahn and its really fun.

Going through terraria 1.4.5 and metaphor refantazio, i find the latter really enjoyable since it has some very funny liberal brainworms, the overarching theme is a struggle against the “might makes right” idea of the antagonist Louis, funnily you have to use might to beat him.
Same, the whole time playing Metaphor I was thinking about how it was basically liberalism put into video game form. Another theme I found funny in it was it’s idea that an ideal society is a democratic one where anyone can become king, and yet has a main cast that all are either nobles or special/privileged in some way going around and saving the day for everyone else. Despite that the brainworms are at least absurd enough to be enjoyable though and Louis carries the story pretty hard by being a very good proto-fascist villain.

Is Baldur’s gate similar to The Witcher? I bought the Witcher 3 like 7-8 years ago and never really played it but I’ve heard the two compared before
