A toasted flatbread of some kind (maybe pita?) with sliced sausages and melted cheese (also sprinkled dill), not fine dining but more than acceptable for a low effort meal

Sausage looks like a salami with a pepper “crust”

Honestly, looks like one of the things you would find in those “luxury” french themed Asian bakeries like Paris Baguette.
But not enough hot dog so probably not.
