God, I wish our government would grow a spine and start throwing contempt of court/congress charges at these people. Put the attorney general in jail until the DoJ fully complies. Lock up ICE agents for not following due process. Even if they ignore those orders it’s still something showing how they refuse to follow legal proceedings
Were beginning to realize that the courts almost exclusively relying on the DoJ to enforce their decisions means that if the DoJ is the problem, there’s no one to actually enforce anything.
Congress can’t enforce anything, even if they actually were willing to do something against this.
