    If you can be good 80% of the time, you’ll see progress. Been losing weight for a year, down 35 lbs. Love me my cheat days.

      I use a calorie counting app, and since you never exactly hit the goal, I add up the leftover calories I have every day and spend them on cheat meals once in a while. That way it’s not really cheating.
