Yeah, and I feel like we don’t abuse this fact enough for good. Sure, if he talks to Putin today he’ll flipflop, but right now it seems like Putin is foolishly scorning Trump. If members of the EU can just constantly talk with him, maybe they can try and stay the most recent person he’s talked with.

It’s only possible to do this if tRump has some sort of respect for the person. He’s so desperate to be part of the big league that he either falls over himself trying to butt into the spotlight with world leaders or capitulates to flattery from them. He doesn’t see Democrats as anything but temporarily-alive opposition.
I just don’t think it’ll work out for Democrats the way it can work for world leaders.
