Of course they can afford a lawyer army, they are a multi million pound organization.

They are just not state owned, so there’s not politic ramifications.

They are not going to “bankrupt” the prem/UEFA in court omg, some of you people have 0 understanding of how legal fees work.

The only time people would be bankrupted by it is small people like me or you or a small business. Just because UAE has state backing, doesn’t mean unlimited money would bankrupt a billion dollar industry, it’s not just who has the most money wins. Otherwise, literally any lawsuit/charges Apple or Microsoft faced they would win… which they don’t.
