Patientgamers FTW!
Yes, on Steam.
This looks interesting. Rune Factory 5 was their first foray into 3D, and wasnt’ as highly regarded as 4. Hope this one is better.
Which makes it so annoying that there isn’t a proper trailer. They didn’t give it proper respect in US direct…
Yeah, that is why I am skipping all the previous games (which were on my wishlist) and jumping directly to Ryza, since it doesn’t have any time limit anymore.
This was the first ever Tales game I played, so have a soft spot for it. Pretty good game, though I am not sure how it’ll hold up today.
If you have played any Atelier game, what did you think about this?
These games have been on my wishlist for a VERY long time, and am planning to play Atelier Ryza in coming months, but I haven’t actually played one yet.
This shows a bit more than US direct, but still not too much. Looks very faithful to the original though. I am very excited about this. I am still going to continue with my current playthrough of Trails in the Sky, but I would love to play this remake.
No, I don’t think so. They are saying ‘update’, but I dont’ recall seeing any official announcement. Other than them answering that they would like to do a full remake instead of just port the game to modern consoles, in response to a question asked in an interview.
So, as someone who got hyped because he is the man behind Black & White and Fable. What am I missing?
That’s understandable. Everyone has their own preferences, and there is nothing wrong with that.
They are remastering all the old ones, so I am hopeful for a new entry,
If you enjoy a game, but later find out that the game had some internal check where it auto-adjusted difficulty, will you stop liking it?
Again, not all games should have it. And not every dev implement it properly, that doesn’t mean a feature is inherently bad. There are places where it should be used, and where it should be used.
Well, not everyone plays games to get better. If I can enjoy the game, then what does it matter if games lets me think I am better than I actually am?
It’s your right to like or dislike any features. Just as it’s our right to like or dislike any features. There is no objectively good or bad in it.
Haven’t watched the video, but it depends on the game. For some games, these are very valid choices.
How are you liking Fallout 76?
Cool, thanks for the info!
Is there a story in Warframe that I can finish in few dozens hours at most? Or do I need to spend 100s of hours to get a good grasp of what’s happening.
I agree with you, handheld can never compete with a desktop when it comes to raw power. So, if companies don’t consider it as a platform to target for, you’ll always have problem with latest games. Maybe not at launch, but you can’t upgrade a handheld “console” every year or two.
That’s the good thing about consoles, you buy it, and you know (most of) the games that come to the platform will just run on it.
I don’t have a SteamDeck so not sure how it works, but maybe they should make a sub-store for SteamDeck, that only has games that are verified to run on it. They can still have an option to search and download game from full steam store, but it should come as a warning that these games aren’t specifically made / optimized for Deck.
Just thinking out loud. Don’t actually know what SteamDeck owners really want. :-)
