Also same TDP with a smaller node means it should be able to hold higher clocks on the CPU with the GPU pegged at 1600mhz. Small difference but it could be the difference between smooth and some hitches. I think combining that with the faster RAM adds up to a small but measurable performance uplift.

I cut mine out because it mostly was just an extra thing to get in the way. I know what it’s for but I literally never felt like it was necessary.
