You want to see those colors really pop, try the Ori games

Try clearing steam web cache and see if that fixes the issue

Try this

1. In cyberpunk game page you should see a cog button on the rigjt side. Press that

2. Click properties

3. Under general(default) you should see launch options

4. Type in “–launcher-skip” WITHOUT the quotes

Launch game and hopefully enjoy

I think the issue here is the launcher, you can add some option to skip it. Will look into the steps later if no else replies
