Good god, I’m sorry.
Many thanks for starting the thread!
My kids discovered Homestar Runner over the weekend and my eldest demanded that we write an email to Strong Bad right now. We asked the most natural question: “What’s your favorite pokemon?”
The email address is still alive!
Also finished Robert Brockway’s new novel “I Will Kill Your Imaginary Friend for $200.” 5/5 stars. Hug your kids and brace yourself for some real emotional extremes. Probably should do those things separately, because while the book is about lonely kids coping with the horrors, it’s not really for them. Served with good politics and graphic puppet murder.

This is the kind of retvrn I crave

Kill the Austrian-school economist in your mind.
Very quotable

First thought: Thank You for Smoking Vibe Coding
Second Thought: Having those dingdongs get so mad at him must feel extremely validiting lol

Excellent summation!

…that’s just how rabbits are now.
This really captures the mood of the present moment, doesnt it?

The AI Haters List is basically the royal warrant of posting.

Kelsey Piper posts a new fanfiction about Ed Zitron :

Edit: Lately, Kelsey Piper has been serving as the ambassador to centrist liberals from lesswrong, which is why the “big mad” nature of the piece caught my attention.
Included below is a previous example of Piper’s work for the benefit of the uninitiated:

Sounds like the winning move in that scenario is to purge the button enthusiasts before they cause any damage lol

We’ll hide them at the g spot. LW would never find them there.

They sure seem to enjoy the idea of a Year Zero

For the uninformed (like myself), the odd fox out is a character from Zootopia (pic related), which is a Disney movie.
Bold move to steal from The Mouse in broad daylight, isn’t it?

Some guys who steal other people’s work choose to market their stolen wares using the name of a woman whose work was stolen.

Delve removed from YCombinator
https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=47634690
IIUC, it looks like Delve lied to YC about stealing another company’s Apache 2.0 licensed slopware. This is appatently a bigger sin than selling a product that does fuck-all. I guess they weren’t tall enough for this ride.
Delve claims to offer “Compliance as a Service”
