Humans seem to naturally touch hands outside of any social influence or cultural history. Babies reach out and people touch their hands. It seems like a pretty intuitive human action. We touch things with our hands, so other hands seems natural as a thing to touch. The shake just seems like a minor variation on that.

I recently traded up my Sovol SV06 for a Prusa CORE One and have MK4Ss and an SV07 Plus at work. The Sovols are good budget machines in general, but the SVO6 was so much more reliable than the SV07 Plus, which required a lot more troubleshooting. The MK4Ss and the CORE One are great if you have the budget to spend on them. They’re reliable and good quality. The community of users is large and any issues you might run into have typically been troubleshot by others already.

How can I stop it?English5·2 months agoI’ve heard squeaking from an extruder that had little bits and shards of previous filament that was getting stuck during loading and unloading of filament rolls. You might try opening it up and seeing if there’s anything stuck in the channel or grinding against a gear.

Alex looked up from behind the counter, exhausted from his ten hour shift.
“Um, okay…”
“He can’t see or hear us,” Polidorus the Esoteric laughed. “He just sees the door opening like we’re ghosts.”
The wizards proceeded to walk behind the counter and grab all the current drive-thru orders. One of them stole a fry from a child in the dining area, who just watched silently as the fry disappeared into the wizard’s mouth.
“Graymund, remember to take as many sauce packets as possible.”
“This is brilliant!” Rediskrad shouted. “Being invisible and unheard is going to make procuring supplies for our rituals so much easier. We don’t have to shop for discounts or hold magic mushroom bake sales anymore! Money is no longer a barrier to greatness!”
Alex turned to Rediskrad and looked him directly in the eye.
“Do you mind not shouting in my ear?”
“You can hear us?”
“Yeah, of course.”
“You can see us too?”
“Yeah. Didn’t you notice that you could see and hear each other?”
“Well, sure, but…”
As the last of the wizards was pushed into the police car, he turned to Polidorus.
“I told you to remember to cast the spell before we left!”
The website would have to verify the lack of a print photo. I’m guessing at this point it would probably be some AI image recognition filter so they don’t need to have humans verify all the uploads manually.
