The petrochemical industry wants you to think “Toss, Burn or Bury” is the same thing as “recycle.” It’s fraudulent, and helps encourage burning the planet for a fistful of dollars.

This school is either in Sing Sing, or it needs a whole new administration. Calling police every other day to deal with errant students is militarizing the school, costing taxpayers a bundle, and running away from the job of being educators. Btw, it’s terrible for students.

In some schools, it’s the principal who should be kicked out for a year.
A finger-gun is not a credible threat. It’s impossible to differentiate that from the plethora of police, western, and military fare on films and in television. It’s not a sign of an imminent or likely threat of violence.

Don’t get made, get even. If the jury moves the decimal point a couple of places, it might help Trump shut up. Regardless, he’ll claim to be a victim. It’s all he’s got.

LOL. If you gave them to him, they’re a nontaxable gift. If he earned them by doing chores, a small percentage comes out to pay for the infrastructure that makes life tolerable: roads, schools, public libraries, etc.
As for the self-arithmetic, it’s not that hard, unless he earned a room full of them. In which case, he can hire some to do the math. If he can’t do the math, then his schools didn’t get enough tax revenue.

If there existed a real version of Star Trek, would not the Prime Directive preclude a Captain Sulu from contacting a civilization as undeveloped, violent, and addicted to unrestrained capitalism as the present one on earth?
Better to let it progress or not on its own, as it attempts to explore a universe beyond its small star system. That could take some time, which would give the Federation - or the Klingons - more time to develop a suitable way of interacting with it.

As usual, Trump is openly saying what he will do, in an attempt to immunize himself from liability for doing it. Accusing others of committing outrages and crimes is another way of doing that, and his admission that he’s done what he accuses others of doing. Both are attempts to normalize his foul conduct.
If anything, Trump understates the violence, discrimination, and retribution he has or will foment or engage in.
