Fennec is good. Ironfox is better, it is the successor to Mull.

I mean, you do you, but the AIDS comparison is quite tasteless.

6·21 hours agoThere is also a Decky plug-in that gives very easy access to already tons of startup movies now.
So THAT’s why he got set up! The truth about the omnious third Franco was never supposed to come out!

Patient Gamers@sh.itjust.works•steam vs gog, which game store to buy from?English
0·2 days agoI feel you do this quite nicely. Personally I think if I had bought such an old game already on physical media decades ago, I’d just pirate it now. I can see the argument though that GOG (or Steam for that matter) delivers tweaks that make old games work on new hardware though, so that is worth paying for. Guess it all comes down to pricing, I wouldn’t be willing to pay full price for just a patch that makes it work on current systems.

45·3 days agoWasn’t the Haribo power bank popular among hardcore hikers, since it had the best weight to capacity ratio? Remember reading about that somewhere.

Fediverse@lemmy.world•Looking for a good Lemmy mobile appEnglish
42·3 days agoGreat. Now do me the favour, select the first option in that list ”Voyager app (vger.to)” and open a link shared like that it in a browser, not in Voyager (important, it might automatically do that for you since you got it installed) and tell me what you see. That is set as the default link sharing behaviour and that is what I am criticising.
Maybe you don’t care about it and as a Voyager user you will never see that. But I care because I keep seeing more and more people sharing these links, which instead of actually linking me to the thread in question, in MY app of choice, lead to my browser opening, showing me the content plus a quick plug to the Voyager app.

64·3 days agoYou mean the app that inserts ads to itself into links you share, by default? Yes it can be switched off but why does this need to be there in the first place?
I read this as glowsticks first and thought, what a rad fucking class this must be.

312·4 days agoYou are generally not wrong but where can you find people who are tattooed, not yet vaccinated, but happy to get vaccinated for this study? It is wrong to say this definitely works the same in humans, but it is not easy to setup such a study.
