They have been a mess since the late 2010s. Board is constantly fighting, can’t find a working coach and transfers have been abysmal.

Yes, the board has been a mess since the late 2010s and they haven’t been able to hire a working coach since Ingebrigtsen left. Their transfers in that time has been awful too.
