also unpopular opinion: all porsche stuff has always looked old and dated to me.
i know bmw went overboard with the newer styling, but at least they’re trying. porsche just keeps milking the same ancient cow over and over and over.

I don’t ever use the giant sandpaper roller washes. I do use the touchless ones, never had a problem with them in any of my cars in the 30(?) years I’ve been using them.
That being said, I don’t wash my car too frequently either. Depends on the weather and how dirty she is. If there’s been no rain, I can go months without washing. If its been raining weekly for weeks, I won’t bother to wash either.
Winter time is very difficult, most places stay closed due to frequent freezing temperatures.
In my cars its always automatic, if I want super fun, I switch to my motorcycle.
Manual sporty cars are only fun if you’ve never been on a ‘manual’ motorcycle :)
My X6M is for when I want to feel like a Roman Emperor in a 600 horse chariot, when I want to feel like Hulk Smash, I switch to my motorcycle :)
I bought my car for the exact same reason I bought my motorcycle, because it made/makes me grin like no other car/motorcycle I’ve seen.
F what everyone else thinks/wants.
I wouldn’t touch it personally. Even if it was as simple as “can’t afford the payments” guaranteed they abused it before letting it go…
