Sure, the top 4 teams in the league have some good players after the big spending by the government this summer.
It’s still an extremely uneven league though, perhaps the most uneven in the world. There are 18 teams in the league and it’s really only that top 4 or so that have good players, the difference in squad market value between the top and the bottom is ridiculous. You have to get into mid-table in Ligue 2 to find teams in the 15-20M squad value range in France.
