If anyone else is a classical music nut (I am) I really recommend Hyperion Records. DRM free downloads with a choice of CD, FLAC, aac or mp3, and an average of two monthly samplers (with PDFs for the jewel case!) Oh, and they support actual starving artists and are very independent and all round excellent.

Failing that, I hear Orpheus is good…

That was exactly my origin story too. I’m now a physics professor at a world leading University in no small part because of him.

I want to write something to the family. No idea if there’s going to be a tribute book anywhere but I would love to contribute if so. I wrote in Hawking’s at Gonville and Caius…

Something fun about Finland is that most of their criminal Justice system has “day fines”, i.e. the fine is based on losing a day’s labour etc. I have no idea if that holds true for corporations but if so…

Hey I have a spinal injury and wear diapers, we’re not all economy destroying mass murdering paedophiles, I just pee myself a lot 😅

Come on USA… Sort yourself out

I’m from the UK. I quite like Charles. He’s a left leaning plant talking environmentalist who was born into a stupid tradition and probably would be the kind of chap who runs a subdepartment in a garden centre in another life. I know that this is completely irrational but I somehow like the constitutional monarchy and don’t know why.

The fact that the orange idiot from the US goes absolutely nuts about the ability to have a good but probably not amazing dinner with him in a mid (18th) century building periodically is just great though. Costs little and kept him distracted from starting a pointless war for at least one year…
