I think all leagues should implement a home grown/club grown STARTING 11 rule. Like you have to have x amount of home grown/club grown talent in your starting 11. All these clubs have academies and these players waste away in favor of expensive Imports. Best way (I think) to even the playing field is to say “ok mr billionaire. You can buy all the players in the world you want but you still need 3 academy players (or something) in your starting 11.
