I like the games, but man, I really miss classic 3D zelda dungeons. The other day, I decided to try OOT master quest, and it was super refreshing!

People sometimes don’t know that it was a variety of people that were placed in camps in North America for various reasons during the wars.

I wasn’t a fan of fortnite until recently. Now I’m kind of into it. I played last season, and now this season, and I’m not sure how to feel about this particular one.

I’m finding people are hiding more when you get down to the last handful of people, and that kinda causes the gameplay to flatline at the later stages of the round. I find the perfect spot is when there’s a bit of organized chaos when everyone is actively fighting it out.

In the last season, it was harder to hide because there was at least one person with a radar ping type buff that revealed player locations. It kept things at a faster pace

I find it interesting how some people are so far removed from the general populations. They shouldn’t be when they’re in such influential positions.

The solution I have ends up letting air into the room from the outside, which isn’t ideal for numerous reasons.

That sounds about right. July was the hottest I’ve ever experienced. It was a month of heatwaves. It sucked lol. Not to mention, all the forest fire smoke, so you couldn’t run AC without smoking yourself out. It was “great”.

I understand where you’re coming from, though. It’s a real shame that bad people can sometimes live better lives than good people. It doesn’t seem very just.

I assume everything is bots, so I only check out streamers, youtubers, and artists on Twitter. It was bad before the Musk takeover but now it’s borderline unusable lol

That makes sense! I feel like I’m always a bit caught in a catch 22 because I get that sweet, sweet dopamine hit when a video does well lol.

But yeah for the most part I’m just doing what I want to, and it’s sometimes working out and sometimes not.

For a while in September, I was on track to hit 2k subscribers in a year, and then suddenly I fell off. The algorithm/viewer are a mysterious beast haha. So I’ll keep going as long as I’m having fun

I’ve recently noticed that the tactical shooter genre has kinda fallen out of favor. Games like ghost recon, socom navy seals etc. Aren’t being made anymore. I think it’s a shame that some genres go dormant for a while.

But more than that, I just want to see developers take more risks again. Indie games have been the exception here, but I remember there being so many unique games in the early 2000’s.

I’ve been making YouTube videos/streaming in my spare time for the past year.

I feel like most of my stuff is not great, but I’ve been trying to take the approach of “doing anything is better than being a perfectionist and doing nothing”. So that’s been pretty fun. It’s cool when you do make something and can look back and say “I like that one!”
