I was hearing that Mercedes was the worst with electronic issues. Is BMW that bad with the electronics?

Thanks for the input! I’m really thinking about getting rid of this Ram and jumping into a 540xi. I have kinda this weird guilt in me holding me back since I’ve only owned this Ram for like 6-7 months now
