China will certainly be the first to develop the “Ai Singularity” when it does, it’ll be so awesome! I also can’t wait to see when they small quantum computers the size of desktops, i can seem them achieving this at some point.

Last i recall 80%+ of people own their home’s in China. I wonder how many more years until it’s 98% or higher of home ownership.
