yea I know it has a pretty heavy connotation, from the cold war if I understand correctly.

By american standards, I think she’s pretty socialist… by european standards she’s slightly center-left I’d say
I wonder if she asked chatgpt to write this for her
This opinion piece tries hard to frame Harris as super undercover socialist, outlining all the aspects her and DSA’s platforms have in common… and I’m like, stop! I can only get so erect !
Good lord, and I thought they went parodic with Homelander
It didn’t need to happen. It’s your fault. Your skirt was a finger too short, Ukraine.
I think that’s a poor take. What governments? There’s a million things that are poorly regulated because of corporate interests in any country
they’re still working on it though, right ?
what matters is you know what potatoes are
is apfelwein some kind of cider ?
I don’t really have an answer, man, but I swear I could have written your post myself, to the letter. At 30+yo I have had some time to reflect on this, but mostly I have accepted that I would likely always feel somewhat “emotionally external” to most social contexts, bar a few exceptional situations (very close friends with whom I can just allow myself to stop the constant questioning). I can’t relate very well to “most people” (whatever that means -neurotypicals? anyway) on a number of aspects, so my conclusion so far is that this has caused the feeling of loneliness in question. All the best,
I was there 👆🏼
For this kind of situation I’m an ice-cream guy
Soooo cool ! I’m intrigued by the heavy planets orbiting lightweight stars, ie the ones on the right hand side of the graph colored blue. If I understand correctly, the color scale is in solar masses? but what is the horizontal unit?
Oh wait, it’s a bot repost. Does the bot post a link to here on the original Reddit thread by any chance?
Ok I got my answer. from the OT :
The axes are using Earth masses and Earth radii, so Earth would be at 100 or 1 Earth mass and Earth radius, towards the bottom left tail of the population. Similarly, the stellar mass is given relative to the Sun, so 1.0 solar radius is around the medium orange color.
