City are able to buy who they want when they want irrespective of whether it is a sound business decision or not. And this has been happening pretty much since 2008.

Of course Pep and Man City (unlike many other clubs such as Man U and Chelsea for example) have been making wise use of that money so that has added to the club’s successes.

So… is your point bullshit or not? Have they been throwing cash around “irrespective of whether it’s a sound business move” or have they wisely been spending money where they needed to?
