We call it a twice baked potato where I live. If you don’t like baked potatoes you might like twice baked. Usually scooping the inside out like the other commenter said, mixing it with one or more types of dairy (sour cream is my go to), and spices and topping it with cheese and/or Bacon and putting it back in the oven for a bit longer.

That being said, I personally love regular baked potatoes too. It’s funny how humans are all so different.

I have too many bank accounts. I was shocked that out of all my money related accounts, the app that didn’t work was PayPal.

I’ve lost my old man three times this week. First two he was just hanging out behind the curtain. Third time I’m like, I’m going to check behind the curtain! Nope. He was under a desk on top of the air vent. That’s how I knew the heat had kicked on.

• Remember being different isn’t bad, it’s just different
• Time and space to have feelings
• Time and space to decompress
• One or two good people to remind me when I’m obsessing or being unreasonable
• Good supportive friends
• A lot of alone time
• Reminders to socialize

This reminds me of something I heard many years ago, “people love to hear good things about their bad habits.” It unfortunately doesn’t surprise me that red pill won out. Those who don’t want to do and self work are prime targets. Those who are overwhelmed by the work but still are willing to do it, can still get sucked in. Humans are fascinating. Even if that fascination isn’t all good.
