The point of the mod is not to change something in game, its to appear in the list of mods and remind some people that they are hated and bigots will never stop hating them.

Its a weird “I was here, and I hated x people”.

Seems like an uplifting story that could help educate people about how trans is a normal thing in some parts of the world, theyve always existed.
