I don’t do well with loud noise anymore

If you mean a stadium or a theater or some such, no, absolutely not. If it’s a party, those can be all right, but I don’t know if “fun” is the word for it. I don’t feel like I belong there, but it’s not unpleasant.

definitely depends on the loud and the people, but usually yes. i can usually tolerate people i dislike to an extent, too.

by itself, no, being in a loud room full of people is not fun. but there are a lot of fun things that can happen in rooms full of loud people, and i can tune them out if something fun is going on.
