He used Charlie Kirk’s death for political points, saying that the shooter was MAGA, when it is obvious that is not the case. Then he uses the death as a segue to callously poke fun at Donald Trump, saying he doesn’t look like a person who is mourning the death of a friend. He was spreading misinformation for his politics inappropriately, all the while being hypocritical about “scoring political points” at the expense of the Kirk’s death. People like Jimmy Kimmel have “holier than thou” personality, that facts do not affect their narrative. He is so used to being a political hack, he assumed whatever left wing, or progressive take he has, however wrong, however duplicitous, hypocritical, and callous, is always appropriate. Good call to have him removed, it is the right thing to do.
