Sadly there is no database that i know of. But at this high frequency it should be rather direktional. Walk around a bit and u should be able to find the source.
I would guess its one of those:

Most likely one of these, they’re horrendous for anyone under 30 (or under 40 if you’re autistic/hypersensitive)
Entirely designed to make people feel physically uncomfortable (marketed by the companies as a security feature to stop the youths from ‘loitering’)
Eh, it’s not uncommon for old electronics to do that
