Does anyone know of a decent free cloud helpdesk/ticketing system? Right now I’m setting up to use Spiceworks for the next little while (I work in a high school so I can only make major changes like building new ticketing systems when we’re on break). Looked at Zoho and Freshdesk but features I need (like custom fields) are locked behind paywalls.
