Truthfully I feel like Dawn was given a pass on this one. She didn’t match her doll very much, and there were a lot of badly unfinished details in her final dress. The front especially was ill-fitting (though the back was gorgeous and deserved that call out). I would have put her safe and my partner thought she belonged in the bottom.

That Nymphia was considered safe instead of a top placement was an obvious production moment, as well. Hers was way better than Q’s, but Q needed this win to avoid the Jan edit. The saving grace was that incredible headpiece but otherwise it was kind of an ugly dress due to the fabrics being on the hideous-side. Very well executed, though.

I like Q and think she was top-placement worthy, so despite feeling that this was a production story moment and not as fully earned as it should have been, I’m glad she got her moment. I loved how the queens reacted to it, especially.
