Sometimes my brain just gets stuck on “Imagine all the people who mean so much to you that would abandon you and hate you if they ever found out.”

Any advice on dealing with?

    What about don’t giving a fuck about what everyone else think about being a pedo while you keep it as a secret for you and your loved ones?

      Also some of us have loved ones, that tends to make it a bit hard to not think on “what if they find out despite me keeping secret?”
