Hi! Greetings from Lithuania. We have spontaneously bought tickets to Sakartverlo. Planning come by flight to Kutaisi in late November and will have 5-6 days to explore the country. After some thinking how we will be eating mouthwatering food :D we have started having hesitations. Is it really the best time of the year to visit Sakartvelo for the first time? We are starting to get hesitations that the weather will be very autumn-ish, with grey sky and not the best nature views (as we expect there won’t be much of the greenery left & probably there won’t be snow too). Also after doing our research we found out that at this time a lot of the roads to the scenic views are closed already. But maybe we’re wrong? What do you guys think and recommend? We’re mostly interested in exploring nature, taking hikes. Not so much interested in regular “city sightseeing”. Thanks!
