Imagine you WERE the government. What would you do, how would you do it, and why would you do it?

I am not saying you have a magic wand to do whatever you dream of, like making everyone rich or achieving world peace. More like, many are unhappy about the current government here, so I’d like to know what would Georgians do as their highest priority if they WERE the government, hypothetically speaking.

Create an anti corruption bureau? Deport all Russians? Raise taxes on the wealthy? Outlaw homework?

Don’t forget, you are limited by the reality of the world, so even if you have full support of the government, people of Georgia can still go against you if it was something very unpopular, so on and so forth.
