I had an car accident today, because someone reversed and crashed in my bumper. Just a small scratch, but the other car drove away. I just followed him for a short time and then talked to him. He seemed drunk and was wearing an army uniform. He was very unfriendly and was driving away again as I said that I am gonna call the Police. The Police came and I had to wait 5 hours and tell the same story over and over again. Finally they told me that my drivers license will get revoked and I will have to pay a 250 Lari fine. After my Wife started crying they changed their minds. Anyway, I lost 5 hours of my life talking to maybe 10 different Police men that were not helpful at all. Is this normal in Georgia? Where can I complain? Never seen auch slow, unfriendly and unprofessional Police men. I love Georgia, but c’mon…
