Only way I can see them surviving is if they get rid of their CEO and their entire board of directors. That might be enough to reestablish a base of trust.

The CEO will probably sell the company and walk away with a ton of cash.
Public company. He can’t just sell it. Hell probably make millions off his own shares though.
