        How?

No, seriously, how is this ruining men’s lives?

Even if everything posted on this app was believed by everyone who used the app, so any man named on this app had their reputation ruined in the eyes of anyone who used it -

The users of this app are a tiny, tiny minority of women.

Nobody’s being arrested based on this app. Nobody’s being sent to jail based on this app. No one’s even being publicly humiliated based on this app, because the app isn’t public - the “tea” is only accessible to users.

The only consequence of being named on this app is that a handful of women now have a bad opinion of you.

How does this ruin anyone’s life?

When i was in highschool there was a popular “gossip” website. Even though i never heard about it, until the school urged parents to take their children off of it, it apparently was used for severe cyberbullying that devastated some students.

The app isn’t exclusive, any person (women, for the most part) have the ability to join said app. Your definition of (not) ‘public’ is shaky at best. Even then, humiliating someone without their knowledge behind closed doors is not cool even in the best of circumstances.
