    I had to log out and back in again, and Sync won’t load Lemmy NZ. Other apps are working though.

      If you logout and back in with Sync, does it work?

      Otherwise try clearing the data (or uninstall & reinstall).

      Sync is working fine for me in a fresh install.

        That explains why my Sync isn’t working. The dev hasn’t done an update for awhile. To be fair he did this for the reddit app too, would disappear for long stretches then come back and do a whole bunch of updates.

        I’ve switched to using Voyager on my phone now, since I was using it on iPad already

          It seems all apps, (and also the website) have the same issue. Almost certainly it’s the fault of the lemmy backend and not the apps themselves.

          I’ve managed to use Sync so I’m pretty sure it’s been updated to support 0.19. It was last updated at the end of November, which would have been after the changes were known and already in pre-release versions.

            If you check out issue tracker there’s still a lot of bugs that aren’t addressed at all. I’m not saying he should have been pushing updates over the holidays, as I was using the free version anyway, but I’d be a little annoyed if I’d paid for pro or lifetime subscription (which was really expensive).

              Hmm yeah, I can imagine it would be annoying to pay and then it’s had no progress on bugs.

        I’d been getting 401s all day and had to remove my account from Sync and add it back. All good now.
