Jevon McSkimming resigned as Deputy Police Commissioner in May.

I remember discussing this with a colleague when it first happened, and we both agreed the most likely explanation was CP.

I’m still astonished that our top cop was dumb enough to have that on his work computer though.

    He was already suspended due to another matter, so wasn’t working anyway.

    Also, you pretty much never end up in custody because of non violent crimes before trial.
