why is a hair transplant something undignified? or is the money spent the issue? and yes i’m well aware of the stigma around cosmetic surgery as a whole, for both sexes.
i guess you could talk about low self estime angle but the pressure is social and brutal, it takes a lot of guts to tell the entire social paradigm to fuck off.
For real I started going bald at 25, I’m not out here spending used car money to chase youth… I’m old! Plus it saves a lot of money on haircuts when you just shave it and you can spend that money on shit that matters.
Or shave your head with £5 trimmers and keep your dignity.

That’s what I’m arguing here. If a surgery improves someone’s life it’s a good thing

but i agree with you.
That will go away as the surgery becomes more accessible. Do we make fun of people for fixing their fucked up looking teeth?
When my hair falls out I’m getting a transplant, and bragging about it, because the fact we have the ability to plant hair is actually awesome
we do if they go full titanium white. but we congratulate them if they do it “well”. so my point is never go full titanium white.
We call those “chicklets” where I come from 😜
I want my teeth to glow under a uv light.

I don’t understand why cosmetic surgery is a loss of dignity
If you have the power to get your hair back and you give up and shave it I would say that’s more of a loss of dignity
