Have any of you tried going back to university at a later age?
Had my first day of class and holy shit, the friction is absurd.
I’m not talking about the content of classes. The way information is distributed is so grating and inefficient. Blackboard is not very user friendly, everything is hidden in menus and sub-menus. Books aren’t available, unless you buy from a student club that only runs on BoomerBook…
It feels impossible to actually talk to anyone. I tried to ask a specific question after class, and professor just blew me off. “Ask the tutor, I don’t have time for this”.
Not to mention, I feel so out of place.
Anyway, I mostly looking for ways to make this remotely bearable… Because at this rate, I’ll quit by day 3
