Why do “SOME” men, automatically assume that the woman is in distress? They’ve not taken the time to observe the situation for context. Or don’t care too! I’ve seen it numerous times when a woman has been the aggressor, and the man is trying to leave or deescalate. And, an officer, or a singular/group of male bystanders default response is to aid the woman. When the woman in the scenario is clearly the problem.

Why do you some men do this? Where does this programming come from? Do you even realize what you’re doing? Please thoroughly explain.

P.S. to the overly emotional and those who lack reading comprehension. This is not a women bashing post. I’m trying to understand the male psyche that’s completely different than my own.
