“Spacer’s Choice” is the remaster that includes all the previous DLC.
But please, please, please I am begging people don’t play this version. The remaster wasn’t done by Obsidian and it introduced many technical problems. The original game and DLCs are on Steam, and are worth buying on a sale.
I double checked, they say space edition but is only the base game.
Spacers Choice is like a Game of the Year Edition. It has the whole game with both DLC.

The DLC only adds a little bit. The murder mystery DLC is good but the rest I wouldn’t worry about personally.
