    If they they want better education. Pay for it. It’s that simple. It’s not my job to pay for everyone’s education. I pay for the education in my area.

    I mean, I’m no deontologist…but what do you think would happen if everyone believed this?

      They’d pay for their own education. Maybe you meant the one down where you weight consequences

        Would they pay for their own education? But yeah, weighing the consequences of a bunch of ignorant people running around is important, too.

          Well they don’t know in many cases. I put my kid in a private school.

          I pay taxes to support the schools where I live now. The schools are fairly crappy in my opinion. The kids don’t score well on tests but they know every gender and sexuality out there.

          The conservatives are trying to take over the school board to fix that. School is a serious topic and more money isn’t always the answer. The number one indicator is parent involvement for academic success. Something conservatives preach and liberals despise.

          We have a local psychiatrist going for re-election on the board. It was funny to see liberals claim he wasn’t qualified to talk about mental health issues such as sexuality and gender. Tthat teachers are better trained to handle those discussions. smh
